Each individual may hold only one registered account on ong77. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of all balances and permanent bans on all associated accounts.

All transactions on ong77 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and cryptocurrency where available. The minimum deposit is RM 20. Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit or to verified accounts in the Member's name. ong77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
ong77 does not charge internal fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, for which ong77 accepts no liability. Processing times are indicative: e-wallet withdrawals typically complete within 10 minutes for KYC-verified accounts; bank transfers may take up to one business day.
All bets placed on ong77 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker, and mix parlay. These rules are published within the respective game interface or product section and form part of these Terms.
ong77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on incorrect odds, or where a system malfunction has occurred. Bets placed after the conclusion of an event will be voided. Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and account, and may be adjusted at ong77's discretion.
In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game result, the decision of ong77's trading and operations team is final, subject to the escalation process described in Section 13.
ong77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions to registered Members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates — published alongside the offer.
Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to completion of wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom. ong77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or collusion.
ong77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All content on ong77.app — including but not limited to the ong77 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ong77 or its licensed technology partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ong77 content without express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ong77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services, including losses resulting from betting outcomes, system downtime, third-party payment failures, or unauthorised account access.
ong77 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ong77 does not guarantee that any particular game odds, payout percentages, or results will meet your expectations.

Members can access deposit limits, session time reminders, loss caps, and self-exclusion tools directly from their account settings at any time. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Upon termination, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification, provided no outstanding investigation is pending.
ong77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on ong77.app with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming authority standards and applicable international law. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
